Payment Type Accepted:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover and PayPal via our secure server.

Shipping Method:
Shipping available to US addresses only. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. We ship UPS or FedEx to 48 states and via air to Hawaii and Alaska. Orders are usually received within 5-7 business days from time of order, Hawaii and Alaska may be longer. Order processing time depends on credit card authorization and does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping charges are calculated as items are added to your shopping cart.

Our Guarantee: guarantees quality products and service. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt of your order and we will do everything possible to make it right for you.

Returns: guarantees the quality of all our products. Your satisfaction is our first priority. You may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price. We do not refund shipping costs. If the return is a result of our error, we will gladly pay the return shipping costs (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) If you have ordered more than two tubs, all other tubs need to be shipped back unopened in order to receive the refund.

You may expect to receive your refund within four weeks of our receiving the return package; however, in many cases you may receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Damaged products:
If your items were damaged in shipment please notify us within 72 hours so that we may file a claim and reship your order if needed.

Out of Stock Items:
We continually monitor inventory to ensure product availability. However, there will be times that an item may be out of stock. If this occurs, we will be happy to suggest comparable solutions via email before shipping and wait for your confirmation. If you decide against a substitution, we will ship available items minus the out of stock item(s) or cancel the order if you prefer. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order, and you will not be charged for out of stock items.
